Paula Ingram

Paula's real estate career began by renovating 12 brownstones in the Brooklyn Heights area for her own portfolio. She opened Paula Ingram Realty in 1983 - the only full time commercial realty in Downtown Brooklyn. Her first commercial client was a seven billion dollar financial institution. She helped with the expansion of their main branch and handled all their foreclosures, both residential and commercial.  In 1987, Paula sold her first office building on Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights. The buyer was the TreeLine Companies whom she introduced to the real estate market five years earlier. This 20 year relationship with TreeLine has included the sale of three quarters of a million square feet of office space including the Real Estate Board of New York building on East 41st Street in Manhattan and hundreds of thousands of square feet of office leasing. Major transactions included firms such as ING Barings, Federated Department Stores and JW Mays and Boymelgreen Developers.

In 1993, Robert Hebron joined me as a partner and we founded Ingram & Hebron Realty, the only exclusively commercial brokerage in Downtown Brooklyn. In 2002, the firm grossed $55 million in leases and $41 million in sales. In addition, I & H is the exclusive leasing agent for over 1,200,000 square feet of office space in Downtown Brooklyn. Retail tenants placed include Verizon, CVS, Eckert's and Cohen's Optical.

Paula holds a BA from Syracuse University and earned a scholarship at the University of Rabat, Morocco in Arabic studies. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership and an officer of the Court Street BID which she helped to found.
